LSHS - Result Based Financing
The objective of the Liberia Solar Home Systems - Result Based Financing (LSHS-RBF) program, is to provide access to affordable, and better energy services in existing and underserved markets across Liberia through SHS/stand-alone solar systems. The key result indicator is the number of people provided with new or improved electricity access. The RBF approach also aims to encourage the growth of emerging solar companies where possible and support their participation in the OGS market growth.
